Business Training Game “SALES MARATHON”

Business game consists of 16 skills (with specific tasks) linked to 16 sports, combining them in a common marathon distance. Joint training of skills for one hour jointly takes place for a team, and then every participant does homework during a week (which is practically combined with daily duties). Altogether, the game can be played for 3-4 months. There are a lot of similarities with sports in sales. Each sport has the most essential elements bringing success. Sellers like athletes are the ones who experience losses before they win, create habits, step outside of their comfort zone and train their skills to succeed and achieve results. The game is a printed edition that contains specific cards about each skill and short theory, tasks at the meeting, instructions for a sales team manager, and homework for team sellers. Tasks are designed in easy, understandable language, so that sales/enterprise manager is able to manage it and employees complete them.
